Until December 2006, Præstø Kommune was a Danish municipality in what was then Storstrøms Amt in the south of the island of Zealand . Since January 2007 it has been part of the new Vordingborg Municipality together with the “old” Vordingborg Municipality , Langebæk Municipality and Møn Municipality .
