Stubbekøbing Kommune was until December 2006 a Danish municipality in what was then Storstrøms Amt . In January 2007 it merged with the municipalities of Nykøbing Falster , Sydfalster , Nysted , Nørre Alslev and Sakskøbing to form Guldborgsund Municipality .
