Prague is part of the Hutthurm market in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau . Until 1972 it formed an independent municipality.

Prague is located in the compartment about three kilometers north of Hutthurm.
history
Prague formed a chairman and belonged to the Hutthurm office of the Leoprechting district court in Passau bishopric . In 1787 it consisted of eleven properties.
The municipality of Prague emerged in 1818 from the tax district of the same name . The districts were Eschberg, Gaisbach, Großthannensteig, Grubhof, Guttenhofen, Hartmannsbrand, Hochgstaudert, Köpplhof, Köpplmühl, Kremplsberg, Neuhausmühle, Niederpretz, Oberpretz, Prague, Salzgattern, Tragreuth, Vendelsberg, Voglöd and Wimperstadl. The community remained unchanged until it was incorporated into the Hutthurm market on January 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
