The Praga E-210 is a Czechoslovak light touring aircraft , a so-called air taxi , from the second half of the 1930s. Only one copy was built. In 1947 the successor E-211 was created with the same wingspan, a fuselage extended to 8.51 m and more powerful Minor 4 III engines with 105 HP (77 kW) each. It also remained a one-off.

construction

The E-210 was designed as a cantilevered shoulder- wing monoplane in a composite construction. The wings, in which the fuel tank is also housed, consist of two box spars and ribs with plywood paneling. As a special feature, the two in-line motors located on the wing's trailing edge are equipped with propellers in a pressure configuration. The fuselage, designed for four people, is made of a welded tubular steel frame with a rectangular cross-section and fabric covering. The rudder unit is designed as two oval end plates, which are located on both sides of the horizontal stabilizer. The chassis is rigid and consists of the main wheels, which are sprung with oil-air shock absorbers, and a nose wheel.
