The Praga R1 is a single-seat sports car prototype of the Czech car brand Praga from the capital Prague .

development

Development of the R1 began in 2009, and Danny van Dongen completed the first official test drive on October 10, 2012 . It was officially presented on November 15, 2012. Production started in March 2013.

Technical specifications

The Praga R1 is powered by a 4-cylinder Renault F4R engine with a displacement of 1998 cm³. The engine develops 210 hp . Shifting takes place via a semi-automatic, sequential 6-speed gearbox . A maximum speed is not specified. The engine should be overhauled every 10,000 km.
