The two largest sand islands in the group, called Prickly Pear West and Prickly Pear East , are only separated from each other by a 150  m wide water channel. Both islands are flat and overgrown with scrub. According to the map, the islands are also simply called West I. and East I. , with heights of 19 and 12 meters (original information 62 and 38 feet ). Just under a kilometer north of the western island are the two Flirt Rocks , which according to the map (there in the singular Flirt Rock ) reach a height of five meters (original information on the map 16 feet ) and which no longer belong to the archipelago.

Less than 5 km northwest of Prickly Pear West is Dog Iceland (Anguilla) , about 11 km east the island of Anguilla .
