The Kurvilla Prinzregentenstraße 11 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-326 .

history

The Kurvilla was built in 1902/03 by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in Art Nouveau style. The property is a three-storey mansard roof building with a corner tower and a central projectile with a curved gable .

The villa was built using the previous building from 1884. It is one of the numerous spa businesses in Bad Kissingen that have been continuously expanded and rebuilt in line with increasing demand and changing building tastes. The villa, however, is one of the examples in which these structural measures are only noticeable through the details. Only the railing of the first floor balcony on the street side indicates the previous building.

A fencing that was created at the same time belongs to the Kurvilla .
