Prix Goncourt / Poetry
The Prix Goncourt for Poetry (French: Prix Goncourt de la Poésie Robert Sabatier ) has been awarded since 1985. In contrast to the other prizes awarded by the Académie Goncourt , the award honors a complete work. The prize has since been renamed in honor of the French writer and critic Robert Sabatier (1923–2012). It is awarded every year at the beginning of May.
