Pro Baum is a specialist publication by Patzer Verlag in the field of gardening and landscaping and has focused on the “ tree ” ecosystem since it was first published in 2004 .
The journal was developed to do justice to the tree and its importance for humans on the one hand, and to do justice to the increasing movement and the numerous innovations in the areas of research, development and training in this specialist field on the other.
With a circulation of over 10,000 copies, Pro Baum is aimed at entrepreneurs, skilled workers and trainees in the private and public sector of gardening and landscaping, e.g. B. Administrations entrusted with the planning and maintenance of public open spaces and universities / technical colleges that train landscape and open space planners (including European treeworkers and European tree scientists).
With reports from science and practice, the specialist journal provides information about the “tree” ecosystem . This includes contributions to the planting, care and maintenance of woody plants as well as tree diseases and pests. Information on new products, occupational safety and relevant legal issues round off the spectrum.
Pro Baum is published quarterly as a supplement to the magazines Neue Landschaft and Stadt + Grün and thus complements the offer of Patzer Verlag for the green industry with its focus on all topics related to trees and trees .
