Promrob Juntima (born February 10, 1988 ) is a Thai shot putter .

Career

Promrob Juntima gained his first international experience at the Southeast Asian Games 2011 in Palembang , where he won the bronze medal with 17.08 m behind his compatriot Chatchawal Polyiam and Adi Aliffudin Hussin from Malaysia. Four years later he won the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore with a new personal best of 17.47 m, as well as 2017 in Kuala Lumpur with 17.42 m. At the beginning of September he finished eleventh at the Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat with a personal best of 16.58 m. In 2018 he took part in the Asian Games in Indonesian for the first timeJakarta and reached eighth place with 16.22 m. In 2019 he won the bronze medal at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas with 16.42 m behind Willie Morrison and Muhammad Ziyad Zolkefli from the Philippines .

In 2012, 2017 and 2018 Juntima became the Thai champion in the shot put.
