history
The up to the introduction of the Reformation the holy Cosmas and Damian church dedicated to the oldest component has a superior western tower from the 14th century with a cupola from the late 15th century. The late Gothic choir , which is higher than the single nave nave , was built in the second half of the 15th century.
In 1798 the 15th century nave was devastated and later abandoned. It was reconstructed in neo-Gothic forms on the old foundations in 1953–54. The former Reformed parish belongs to the United Protestant Church in the Netherlands, which was created in 2004 .
