Pueblo del Barro , sometimes also known as Pueblo de Barro , is a town in Uruguay .
geography
Pueblo del Barro is located in the Tacuarembó department in sector 7 of the Cuchilla del Yaguarí . The closest settlement is Ansina in the north-north-west, Pueblo de Arriba in the north, La Hilera in the south-west and Puntas de Cinco Sauces in the east . To the west flows the Río Tacuarembó a few kilometers away . To the northwest is the Cerro Ñandubai .

At the 2011 Census, the population of Pueblo del Barro was 98, 55 of them male and 43 female. The Instituto Nacional de Estadística de Uruguay did not collect any data for the previous censuses in 1963, 1975, 1985 and 1996 .
