Pukovac (Пуковац) is a Serbian village in the municipality of Doljevac in Okrug Nišava .

Pukovac is 197 meters above sea level in a plain formed by the Southern Morava , which is mainly used for agriculture. In the course of time the place has grown together with the neighboring town of Brestovac to the south. The Belgrade – Niš – Preševo (–Skopje) motorway with its own junction passes east of Pukovac . In the neighboring town of Brestovac there is a train station on the Niš – Preševo railway line.

According to the 2002 census, Pukovac had 3,956 inhabitants. The average age is 39.4 years (38.6 for men and 40.2 for women).
