The songs on the album are mostly rapped with a high, disguised voice, which is what characterizes the fictional character BattleBoi Basti. This represents a twelve-year-old schoolchild trying to rap. The artist raps some songs with a normal voice (e.g. Subway of Life , Alle Krüppel ) and switches to his alter ego Fiksch . The track Da dopest Odd is based on the genre of reggae music and is performed with a different voice.

There are only guest appearances by other artists on two songs on the album. So the chorus of the song is oversleeping sung by the artist Vist while the rapper Nomis on the track I can's even makes its appearance. In addition, the rapper Alligatoah takes part in the intro of the bonus track Deeper Shit .

The album entered the German charts at number 20, but dropped out of the top 100 the following week.
Before the sound carrier was released, videos for the songs Hip Hopper , Lehrkörper and Pullermatz were published on YouTube . In addition, a video was created for the piece Dislike as part of the Halt der Fresse series by Aggro.TV . Another music video for the bonus song Fresse aufn Bordstein was released at the end of 2012. On September 7, 2013 a video for the track Alles Krüppel was released .
