Pumas de Casanare is a former Colombian football club from Yopal , Casanare , which played in the Categoría Primera B for four years .
history
Pumas de Casanare took over the starting right of the second division club Unión Soacha in 2002 .
Pumas de Casanare took part in four seasons of the Colombian second division. The club celebrated its greatest success in 2003 when it reached the final. But this was lost to Chicó FC , which is why the promotion in the Categoría Primera A was just missed.
After the 2006 season , the club sold its starting right to Real Santander .

Pumas de Casanare played its home games at the Estadio Santiago de Atalayas in Yopal. The stadium has a capacity of around 9,000 seats.
