The Punjab Stadium or Gaddafi Soccer Stadium is a football stadium in Lahore , Pakistan , but it is also used for athletics , kabaddi , rugby league and rugby union . The stadium was built in 2003 at a cost of $ 220 million . It has a capacity of 10,000 seats. The stadium architects are Khalil-ur-Rehman & Associates. It is also known as "Daddy's Stadium".

Muhammad Essa became the first player to score at the stadium when Pakistan played against India in June 2005 .

The Punjab Stadium was home to the final of the PFF Cup 2016, the highest level in Pakistani football at the time. The AFC President's Cup 2007 was also held here.
