Punk Christmas one is Christmas - EP Mülheim punk band The local heroes . The EP was released at Easter 2010 and includes a full live concert from 2009 as a bonus.

The album consists of two parts. For one, the band recorded three Christmas carols. Knülle unterm Christmas tree has already been heard several times in the band's live program, but was released here for the first time as a studio version on a sound carrier. Fröhliche Glöckskes contains parts of the Christmas carol Kling, Glöckchen, klingelingeling and is about FC Schalke 04 and is dedicated to Paul Cook , Steve Jones and Phil Lynott .

The second part of the sound carrier includes a live recording from October 24, 2009 in the Markthalle Hamburg at the United Voices Festival. This is the band's first live album after the split 2CD HimmelAchtungPerkele with the punk band Klamydia from 1994. It is a complete live set that also contains Knülle under the Christmas tree . The cover versions Anne Wand (in the original Take 'em All by Cock Sparrer ), Pöbel und Gesocks (by Beck's Pistols ) and Barbara (by Chris Roberts ) are also integrated.
