Punta Gassano is a headland in the center of the southwestern coast of Nansen Island in Wilhelmina Bay off the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula .
Chilean scientists named it after the chef Juan Gassano, who was involved in the construction of the Bernardo O'Higgins station in the course of the 2nd Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1947-1948).
