Puszta salad
Puszta salad is a mixed vegetable product that comes out in vinegar pickled, shredded vegetables such as peppers , pickles , celery , carrots and onions there. Also cabbage can be part of Puszta salad.
Industrially produced puszta salad is available as pickled preserves under various brand names and own brands from numerous retailers. The product name suggests a proximity to Hungary ( Puszta landscape ) or to Hungarian cuisine , in which peppers play a central role, but such a salad has nothing to do with traditional Hungarian cuisine.
