Qianxi manbo (千禧曼波, alternatively: Millennium Mambo) is a Taiwanese film drama by Hou Hsiao-hsien from the year 2001 . The film did not have a regular German theatrical release and is only available in Germany as an import DVD with English subtitles.
action
The film tells about the life of a young woman who is torn between two men because she doesn't know what she really wants. Her boyfriend, the jealous Hao-hao, constantly monitors her and even checks her smell when she comes home from work in a nightclub. She can no longer stand it, decides to spend the money she has saved and then leave him. After a few detours, she ends up with the other man, a friend of hers.
