Qiu (Handan)

Qiu ( Chinese  邱县 , Pinyin Qiū Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the city of Handan in Hebei Province . Qiu has 448 km² and approx. 200,000 inhabitants (2001). Its main town is the Xinmatou community (新 马 头镇). Overall, the district consists of two large communities, four communities and one nationality community. The latter is the "community Chencun the Hui (陈村回族乡)".
