The Quervain Peak is a 2,030 m high mountain on the Loubet coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It looms in the center of the Boyle Mountains on the Arrowsmith Peninsula .
It was recorded cartographically by surveying the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey and with the help of aerial photographs between 1956 and 1959. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after the Swiss geophysicist Alfred de Quervain (1879-1927), who in 1909 used a photogrammetric method to measure the flow movement of glaciers .
