Quixote
Quichotte (* 1983 in Cologne as Jonas Klee ) is a German slam poet , author, stand-up comedian and rapper.
Klee spent his childhood in the Lindlar district of Roderwiese and has been artistically active under the stage name "Quichotte" since he was 15. He celebrated various successes at the poetry slam , including winning the rap slam at the German-speaking slam championships in 2010 and 2011 , and in 2011 he reached the final at the NRW slam in Cologne . Together with Patrick Salmen , Quichotte has so far published four puzzle books in which, for example, they look for the name of a city in lyrical stories. In 2017 Rowohlt signed him. Quichotte is also active as a rap musician. He has been the front man of the five-piece blues rap band Querfallenein since 2005 . As " Der Schreiner und der Dachdecker " he recorded two rap CDs as a duo with Patrick Salmen and went on tour through Germany with a joint program. Quichotte is also on the go on stand-up stages.
He lives and works in Cologne .
