Rémy Pochauvin

Rémy Pochauvin (born January 28, 1961 ) is a former French racing driver .

Racing career

Rémy Pochauvin was active in Formula Renault and Formula Ford in the early 1980s . In 1985 he was ninth (Master Éric Bernard ) in the French Formula Renault Championship and in 1986 tenth in the French Formula Ford 1600 Championship .

He competed twice in the Le Mans 24-hour race in 1988 and 1989 . In 1988, he drove the Sauber SHS C6 of Roland Bassaler that failed after an engine failure. The following year he was partner of Jean-Philippe Grand and Jean-Luc Roy in the Spice SE89C from Graff Racing. The trio reached 19th place overall.
