The Réservoir Laforge-2 is a reservoir in the Canadian province of Québec . Located in the Jamésie region, it is part of the Baie James hydropower project .

The Barrage Laforge-2 dam was built between 1993 and 1996 and holds back the waters of the Rivière Laforge , a tributary of the La Grande Rivière .

The associated Laforge-2 hydropower plant has an output of 319 MW and a drop height of 27.4 meters. The Brisay hydropower plant on the Réservoir de Caniapiscau is located upstream and regulates the inflow into the Réservoir Laforge-2.
