Résidence Rose de Cherbourg , formerly also known as Résidence Campuséa , is the name of a tall residential building in the Paris suburb of Puteaux in the office district of La Défense . Construction began in October 2016. The building was completed in 2018. The residential tower has 10,468 m², spread over 22 floors. The apartments are 403 student apartments. Shops can also be found on the ground floor. As part of the upgrading of the Secteur de la Rose de Cherbourg, the 220 meter high Tour Hekla office tower will be built next door between 2018 and 2022 .

The construction costs are estimated at 38 million euros.

The building is the metro station La Defense and the La Defense station to the public transport in the Paris bound.
