The Río Chepo is a river in Panama in the province of Panamá that flows into the Pacific Ocean .

Parts of the upper reaches are also called Río Bayano , the division was created by the construction of the Bayano dam . The upper course runs around the San Blas Mountains near the Caribbean , where it drains the Majè and Darien Mountains. In the lower reaches of the Río Mamoní flows into the Río Chepo. With a length of 206 km, it is the third longest river in Panama.
