The Río Grande de San Miguel is a river in southern El Salvador .
It rises in the province of Morazán and flows here through the city of San Francisco Gotera on its further way it crosses the province and city of San Miguel and flows in the province of Usulután into the Pacific . It also feeds the Laguna de Olomega lake with a tributary .
