The Röckesberg is a mountain of the Ennert , which covers the Siebengebirge to the north. It is located on the right side of the Rhine in the Holtorf district of Bonn . Its height is 165 m above sea level .
To the northwest is the Ennert elevation, which gives the ridge its name , directly to the west at the foot of the Dornheckensee , to the north Niederholtorf and the Holtorfer Hardt , to the east of Oberholtorf and to the south of Märchensee, Blauer See and the next elevations Rabenlay and Kuckstein . Like the rest of the Ennert, the Röckesberg is forested. It has a small vantage point with a refuge and connection to hiking trails.
