Rudiger Weissbach
Rüdiger Weißbach (born October 13, 1962 in Bremen ) is professor for business informatics at the economics department of the HAW Hamburg . His work focuses on IT management , requirements engineering and project management as well as IT use in SMEs .
Life
Rüdiger Weißbach attended the Bremen-Blumenthal high school and studied communication science and musicology at the Free University of Berlin and the Technical University of Berlin . After completing his master's degree, he worked for a company in the electrical industry and for a financial service provider. Topic of his doctorate for Dr. phil. at the information science work area of the political and social sciences department of the Free University of Berlin in 2000 was the diffusion of ISDN . He worked as a lecturer at the University of Göttingen , the Free University of Berlin and the HAW Hamburg. Since 2009 he has been a university lecturer at the HAW Hamburg. In 2012 he taught as part of a guest residency at the Technical University of Shanghai (USST).
Rüdiger Weißbach is a partner of the IUK Institute Dortmund and a member of the Society for Computer Science .
