Rifat Ilgaz
Rıfat Ilgaz (born April 24, 1911 in Cide , Vilayet Kastamonu , Ottoman Empire , today Kastamonu Province , Turkey ; † July 7, 1993 in Istanbul ) was a Turkish writer. The film adaptation of his novel Hababam Sınıfı is particularly popular in Turkey.
