RETTmobil
The RETTmobil has been the leading European trade fair for rescue and mobility for current fire and emergency medicine technology as well as emergency vehicles for the rescue service , which has been held annually in Fulda since 2001 . In addition, are charities and professional organizations represented. In 2019, 545 exhibitors from 20 nations were represented, 30,619 visitors visited the 20 halls of the 19th edition of the fair.
In addition to the exhibition, there will be a congress with current emergency medical topics. The fire brigade, rescue service and the Bundeswehr also show demonstrations.
RETTmobil 2014
The RETTmobil 2014 took place from May 14th to 16th, 2014 in Fulda . There were lectures, seminars and workshops on topics such as “disaster relief operations” and “accidents with children”. The trade fair was attended by 25,250 visitors from the rescue services sector. In the previous year there were 24,325 visitors. Accordingly, the organizers drew a positive balance . Over 70 journalists were accredited for the fair. Not only national media were represented, but also press representatives from Switzerland, Sweden and Great Britain.
As a special highlight, Mercedes-Benz presented the use of the QR code in the vehicle. With this system, the QR code is scanned by the rescue workers and all information about the vehicle that is relevant for the rescue is called up. In addition, well-known car manufacturers such as Opel , Volkswagen and BMW could be found at the fair.
RETTmobil 2015
The RETTmobil 2015 took place from 6.-8. May again in Fulda.
RETTmobil 2018
The RETTmobil 2018 took place from 16.-18. May in Fulda. Frank-Jürgen Weise was the patron of the fair . The demonstrations by the Fulda fire brigade were a highlight. The scenario "Liberation from predicament with hydraulic and pneumatic rescue equipment" was not shown on old vehicles, as usual, but on new cars and an Erlkönig (car) .
RETTmobil 2019
The RETTmobil 2019 took place in May in Fulda.
RETTmobil 2020
The RETTmobil 2020 should take place on 13-15. May take place on the grounds of the Messe-Galerie Fulda. On March 13, 2020 it was announced that the RETTmobil will be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany .
