Racheal Nachula
Racheal Nachula (born January 14, 1990 in Lusaka ) is a Zambian sprinter .
Life
At the African Athletics Championships in Addis Ababa in 2008 , she won the bronze medal in the 400-meter run and set a national record with her time of 51.39 s. A few months later she finished fourth at the Junior World Athletics Championships in Bydgoszcz over the same distance. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, she reached the semi-finals over 400 m. In contrast, she was eliminated in the preliminary round of the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin.
Racheal Nachula is 1.64 m tall and has a competition weight of 60 kg. She attends the University of Pretoria and is trained by Steve Rautenbach. Her sister Rebecca Nachula is also active as a track and field athlete.
