Rachel Neylan (born March 9, 1982 in Sydney ) is an Australian cyclist .
At the UCI Road World Championships 2012 in Valkenburg aan de Geul , Rachel Neylan was runner-up in the women's road race. Neylan's first victory in a race on the international calendar came in 2015 on the third stage of the Trophée d'Or Féminin , where she also won the overall standings. In 2016 she won the one-day race Grand Prix de Plumelec-Morbihan , in 2019 she won a stage of Gracia Orlová .
Rachel Neylan is a trained physiotherapist .
