Radeberger Land

The area northeast of the Saxon state capital Dresden , which extends around the city of Radeberg, is called the Radeberger Land .

The Radeberger Land lies on the western edge of the Lusatian granite slab , where Kleine Röder and Schwarze Röder unite with the Große Röder . Between Dresden and Radeberg there is only the Dresden city forest, the Dresdner Heide and Langebrück . Around the Radeberger Land are the cities of Pulsnitz in the north, Großröhrsdorf in the northeast, Stolpen in the southeast, the Schönfeld highlands in the south and Dresden in the southwest. The Schönfeld highlands are part of the Radeberger Land and are now part of the city of Dresden. The entire area can be explored on the Radeberger Rundwanderweg .
