Radio and television Woiwodina ( Serb Радио Телевизија Војводине (РТВ) or Radio Televizija Vojvodine (RTV), Hungarian Vajdasági radio, there televízió , Slovak Radio Televizia Vojvodiny , Croat Radio Televizija Vojvodine , Romanian Radio Televiziunea Voivodina , Ruthenian Радіо Телебачення Воєводини) is the public -Legal broadcaster of the autonomous Serbian province Voivodina with seat in Novi Sad .

In Yugoslav times, the station was known as the station Novi Sad (Радио Телевизија Нови Сад (РТНС), Radio Televizija Novi Sad (RTNS)). In 1992 the broadcaster Novi Sad went on together with the broadcaster Belgrade (RTB) and the broadcaster Pristina (RTP) in the radio and television of Serbia . During a NATO air raid on the Mišeluk district of Novi Sader in 1999, the transmitter buildings were shot at and destroyed. After the war, RTNS was relocated to a new building in the city center.

In May 2006 the Serbian Broadcasting Corporation was officially split into two independent broadcasters, namely the Radio and Television of Serbia ( Radio-televizija Srbije in Central Serbia) and the Radio and Television of Voivodina ( Radio Televizija Vojvodine in the Voivodina)

Voivodina Radio and Television broadcasts programs in ten languages, namely Serbian , Hungarian , Croatian , Slovak , Russian , Romanian , Bunevak, Ukrainian and Macedonian .

Certain programs are also translated into sign language.
