history

The "Loan Association Elpersdorf-Retzendorf-Moosbach eGmuH" was founded on April 24, 1925 in Elpersdorf. On May 26, 1925, the cooperative was entered in the commercial register and has since been listed at the local court in Ansbach under the cooperative register number GenR 34. Hauptstrasse 21 in Windsbach has been the headquarters of the main office since 1940.

Today's Raiffeisenbank Heilsbronn-Windsbach eG emerged from the merger of the Raiffeisenbanks Windsbach and Heilsbronn in 1992.

The Raiffeisenbank Windsbach eG emerged from the mergers with the savings and loan association Mitteleschenbach (founded in 1908), the loan association Petersaurach (founded in 1908), the savings and loan association Bertholdsdorf (founded in 1903), the savings and loan association Veitsaurach (founded in 1896), the loan association Ismannsdorf u. U. (founded 1898) as well as the savings and loan fund Neuses u. U. (founded 1925). The oldest of these is the Veitsaurach savings and loan fund, which was founded on April 26, 1896.

The Raiffeisenbank Heilsbronn eG was created through the merger of the Raiffeisenkasse Weißenbronn, the loan association Betzendorf and the loan association Bürglein u. U. The latter was founded in 1890.

The former Raiffeisenbank Sachsen-Immeldorf eG joined Raiffeisenbank Heilsbronn-Windsbach eG in 2001. This in turn emerged from the Raiffeisenkassen Sachsen and Immeldorf at the end of the 1960s.

Finally, in 2015, the former Raiffeisenbank Dietenhofen eG (founded in 1896) joined Raiffeisenbank Heilsbronn-Windsbach eG.
