Rainer-Maria Halbedel
Rainer-Maria Halbedel b. Ruhnke (born December 15, 1948 in Steinfeld / Oldb. ) Is a German chef . His restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide since 1983 .
Career
He completed his apprenticeship at the Waldhotel Felsenkeller in Bad Iburg. Other stops were the Hotel Ambassador , the Conti Fischstuben , the Hotel Palace in the Europa-Center and the Heinz Kardell restaurant , all in Berlin . Here he made his master's examination in 1976. He then became head chef at Chez Loup in Bonn .
He started his own business with the cork oak in Bonn- Lannesdorf . Then the Halbedel couple bought the villa at Rheinallee 47 in the Godesberg villa district and opened Halbedels Gasthaus . "Halbedels Gasthaus" is awarded one star in the Michelin Guide , 17 points in the Gault Millau restaurant guide , 4 FFFF in the Feinschmecker magazine, 8 pans in the Gusto and 3+ cooking spoons in the Schlemmer Atlas . Rainer-Maria Halbedel runs a farm with his wife Irmgard in Thür / Eifel, where he grows many Viktualien himself.
