The Airin (also: Airain ) is a river in France that runs in the Cher department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the local area of Nérondes , drains around half of its course in a south-westerly direction, then swings north-west to north and flows after 48 kilometers in the municipality of Savigny-en-Septaine as a left tributary into the Yèvre .
