Rajmund Ambroziak
Rajmund Ambroziak (born January 23, 1932 in Łódź ; † May 20, 1996 there ) was a Polish pianist and conductor.
Ambroziak began piano training during the occupation with Helena Kijeńska-Dobkiewiczowa , and later with Antoni Dobkiewicz . After the liberation of Poland he was a student of Maria Wiłkomirska and Kiejstut Bacewicz . He was a full professor at the Łódź Music Academy as well as the director and artistic director of the Łódź Music Theater, where he also worked as a conductor until 1990. As a piano accompanist, he has appeared with musicians such as Teresa Żylis-Gary , Zdzisława Donat , Stefania Toczyska , Helena Łazarska , Zdzisław Krzywicki and his wife Delfina Ambroziak .
