The Lepel Raion ( Belarusian Лепельскі раён ; Russian Лепельский район ) is an administrative unit in the southwest of the Vitebskaya Woblasz in Belarus with the administrative center in the city of Lepel . The Rajon has an area of ​​1800 km² and includes 238 villages.

The Lepel Rajon was formed in its current borders on July 17, 1924 .
