Rakesh Khurana (born November 22, 1967 in Punjab ) is an Indian sociologist and professor of leadership development in organizational theory at Harvard Business School .

Life

Khurana studied at Cornell University (Bachelor) until 1990 and worked at Cambridge Technology Partners . He then did his Masters in Sociology and his Ph.D. in organizational theory from Harvard University . He taught at the MIT Sloan School of Management and went to Harvard in 2000. His academic focus is on labor market and elite research .
