Ralf Krewinkel
Ralf Karel Hubert Krewinkel (born November 12, 1974 in Kerkrade ) is a Dutch politician of the Partij van de Arbeid (PvdA).
Since August 31, 2015 he was mayor of the city of Heerlen . Because of private matters, he has been in office since March 16, 2018 by the former party leader of the SP Emile Roemer . On March 18, 2019, he resigned for good because it came to light that he had applied for the mayor's office of Kerkrade during his sick leave.
Life
From 2011 to 2015 he was mayor of the municipality of Beek . From 1998 to 2006 he was a member of the local council and from 2006 to 2011 alderman of the city of Kerkrade.
