Ralph Blair

Ralph Blair (* 1939 ) is an American psychotherapist and author .

Life

Blair studied psychotherapy and Christian theology at Bowling Green State University , then at the Graduate School of Religion at the University of Southern California and at the Graduate School at Pennsylvania State University . In 1964 he worked for the evangelical organization InterVarsity Christian Fellowship , which financially supported evangelistic events at universities. After completing his studies, Blair worked as a psychotherapist in his own private practice in New York City . Blair is the founder of The Homosexual Community Counseling Center in New York City. In 1975 Blair founded Evangelicals Concerned . As an author, Blair has written various books. In particular, he dealt with the subject of homosexuality and religion.
