Raman Aalipour

Raman Aalipour or Raman Allipour ( Persian رامان عالی پور, DMG Rāmān ʾĀlī-Pūr ; * July 29, 1978 in Tehran , Iran ) is an Iranian director , dramaturge and lecturer .

Life

Raman Aalipour comes from a theater family and is the son of Malek Aalipour, an Iranian theater director. Aalipour was a recognized theater and documentary film director in his home country, directed in Turkey and Armenia and now lives in Germany .

From 1997 Aalipour studied directing and acting in Iran and graduated in 2001 with a diploma . He then studied directing and theater and received his master's degree in 2008 .

In 2016, Aalipour accompanied the performance of the play Wunschkind in the Kulturwerkstatt Paderborn as a director . On New Year's Eve 2018 he performed Tonight Chekhov Swan Song  - An Reluctant Tragedy based on Anton Chekhov in the Deelenhaus in Paderborn . Raman Aalipour has been a member of the Kulturwerkstatt Paderborn in the field of theater, cabaret and cabaret since 2018 and leads theater workshops there.
