It is located south of the historic old town of Quedlinburg in the Süderstadt district . The facility is entered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
There is a villa built around 1900 facing the street. The facade is designed romantically . Inside the house, parts of the furnishings and the room layout are still from the construction period.
On the courtyard side there are several three-story factory halls that were built in the late 19th century. An elongated building was built around 1900. The facade is structured with different building materials, the windows are in window openings designed with segmented arches . The house has a medium risalit with an ornamental gable .
Another part of the building was built around 1920. The facade is characterized by horizontal windows, horizontal plaster strips and brick pilaster strips . There is a tall industrial chimney in the courtyard.
