The Rame Bluff is a rock cliff on the Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the Byers Peninsula , it rises southeast of Start Hill at the northern end of President Beaches .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1993 after the Rame Head on Plymouth Sound in the southern English county of Cornwall .
