Ran Margaliot (born July 18, 1988 in Modii'n ) is a former Israeli cyclist and team leader of a cycling team .
Career
Margaliot won bronze at the Israeli championships in the road race of the elite and the overall standings and four days of the Tour of Israel , a stage race on the national cycling calendar.
From August 2011 he was initially under contract as a trainee with the Danish team Saxo Bank and then received his first professional contract with this team for the 2012 season. After he could not achieve any top placements, he ended his career as an active player at the end of the season.
From 2015 to 2018 Margaliot was team leader of the Israel Cycling Academy team .
