Rashad Abu Shavir
Rashad Abu Shawir ( Arabic رشاد أبو شاور, DMG Rašād Abū Šāwir ; * 1942 in Dhikrin near Hebron , League of Nations Mandate for Palestine ) is a Palestinian writer , journalist and literary critic .
Life
He took part early on on the Palestinian side in clashes in the wake of the Palestinian conflict . Abu Shawir lived in Bethlehem , Jericho , Amman and Damascus . He worked as deputy editor-in-chief of the literary magazine Al-Karmel .
