The Hofanlage rattling 1 is in the district of rattling in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The building was built around 1829. It was entered under no. R 083 on February 3, 1993 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
location
The property is located a little outside the locality of Rasseln and is an almost closed four-sided brick courtyard.
architecture
The house is located on the northern narrow side of the rectangular courtyard. Eaves , three-axis , two-storey house with access arranged axially under the hipped roof on one side .
Inscribed on the reverse dated 1822 (i). Cast iron columns have been preserved in the former stable wing. A new apartment has been set up in the stable area to the north of the older residential building . The former barn in the south of the inner courtyard, today used for storing and sorting fine fruit through the installation of cooling cells, is inscribed and dated to 1905 (i). The former manure disposal facility in front of the gate passage into the inner courtyard is now used as a machine hall. The property is worth protecting as a monument for urban and architectural reasons.
